Environmental Graphic Design project
Being clear about what you are doing is a fundamental aspect to design better. To make aware choices, and above all respect the environment, you must first break and assess what has been done, a task that is often overlooked. The proposed methodology is applied to a discipline called Environmental Graphic Design (EGD). Its origins date back to the beginning of ‘900 from the collaboration between graphic design, architecture, eco-design and landscape architecture. EGD works primarily for: steer people (wayfinding), give a sense of place (interpretation) and build identity (placemaking).
